Terms Of Service

1. General

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and deliveries of fruit baskets from Exotify.
  • By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions which may be updated from time to time.

2. Products

  • Our baskets are carefully curated based on the season, ensuring the freshest and highest-quality fruits are always included.
  • While we aim to provide the listed fruits, substitutions may occasionally be made due to seasonal availability, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters) or supply chain issues. In such cases, substitutions will be made with other premium exotic fruits of similar value.

3. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued monthly, and payment is due within the terms agreed upon in your order form.
  • Accepted payment methods include BACS (bank transfer), cheques, direct debit, debit cards and credit cards.
  • While we do not charge late payment fees, as a small and growing business, we kindly ask that payments are made promptly to support cash flow.
  • We understand some businesses operate on 30, 60, or 90-day payment terms and ask that early payments are made where possible.

4. Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery, with free delivery available for businesses based in Manchester.
  • Deliveries are made early in the morning to ensure baskets are available when your team arrives.
  • If no one is available to receive the basket, we will leave it in a safe place or reschedule the delivery.
  • Exotify is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, supply chain disruptions or traffic conditions.

5. Refunds and Replacements

  • Due to the perishable nature of fruits, refunds are not available after delivery.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the products, or if any items are damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@exotify.co.uk with photographs and details and we will arrange a replacement where necessary.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the delivery date will not be refunded.

7. Basket Return Policy

  • Customers are required to return empty baskets during their next scheduled delivery.
  • Drivers will log the number of baskets collected and Exotify will monitor returns to ensure accountability.
  • A £20 replacement fee will apply for any lost or damaged baskets.

8. Pricing

  • Pricing is agreed in writing and detailed on your order form.
  • Exotify is zero-rated for VAT purposes and our prices do not include VAT.
  • Prices are reviewed every four months and may change due to external factors such as natural disasters, rising fuel costs or significant shifts in fruit prices. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.

9. Termination of Service

  • Customers may cancel their subscription by providing notice via email to support@exotify.co.uk.
  • Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.

Additional Notes

  • The number of fruits in each basket is curated based on size, weight and availability. In the rare case of unavailable items, premium substitutions will be made to ensure satisfaction.
